Acceptable Stay. Improvements Needed
outdated resort musty smell
The room I had booked stated that there would be a safe, but this was false. I found the shower drainage slow, it was inconvenient. The resort feels a bit outdated. Many things need replacement. There were also some areas with a musty smell (it really bothered me).

a mixed bag of experiences
poor service average meals
the restaurant service was subpar (i mean, really), and breakfast items often ran out. meals were just average. the shower had pathetic pressure, and the bathroom floor flooded because there was no screen. some days, there was no water at all. the sink was shakey.

a seaside dream..
friendly staff complimentary massage calm environment
The staff was consistently friendly. ashraf, the manager. he even offered a complimentary massage! the hotel had a quiet, beachfront location. It was very calm and well-organized.
the only real issue was the mosquitoes. i suggest bringing plenty of repellent because they were relentless.

The hotel has a charming pool area. It offers a cozy atmosphere with a nice ocean view. rooms are spacious. it creates a relaxing experience.

The hotel staff are very helpful and cute. they are supportive in any situation. the restaurant and bar serve tasty food and drinks. The chef is AMAZING!!!
