The location was amazing. It sits right by the galata tower. i found it very easy to reach other areas from here. staff were really friendly and cute. the air conditioning worked well, something i appreciated during the hot days.
i noticed the lights in the room and bathroom were dim. doing my hair or makeup proved difficult with the low lighting. some brighter lights would have really helped, that's for sure.

the staff was helpful. they arranged a fair-priced airport transfer.
the room wasn't as clean as i expected, really. i found crumbs between the mattress cover and blanket. the toilet wasn't properly cleaned. it's a shame, i told them to remake the bed, but still..
