fantastic stay near galata tower
amazing location friendly staff good air conditioning
The location was amazing. It sits right by the galata tower. i found it very easy to reach other areas from here. staff were really friendly and cute. the air conditioning worked well, something i appreciated during the hot days.
i noticed the lights in the room and bathroom were dim. doing my hair or makeup proved difficult with the low lighting. some brighter lights would have really helped, that's for sure.

staff members were always willing to help, always making sure my needs were met. i really enjoyed their quick assistance. the front desk provided prompt responses and useful tips.

this hotel offered great access to many attractions, with the galata tower nearby. supermarkets and restaurants were a short walk away. i found it a perfect starting point for daily sightseeing, yeah!

the staff was helpful. they arranged a fair-priced airport transfer.
the room wasn't as clean as i expected, really. i found crumbs between the mattress cover and blanket. the toilet wasn't properly cleaned. it's a shame, i told them to remake the bed, but still..
