the hotel staff were very professional and did provide a good service, this aspect met my expectations.
i booked a room at this so called five star hotel but got a small room located in the yachting part instead, it was only rated four stars, i felt cheated paying the five star price for a lesser accommodation.

the location was acceptable.
The room i had was not well-designed, specifically the bathroom was tiny with no bath. there was also a large balcony. The door was so awkward i rarely used it. the housekeeping seemed lacking. i found a dirty pair of men's underpants in the closet!

the staff provided prompt advice regarding room readiness. the restaurant offered excellent food and service. staff members were consistently friendly. the location is really great. the breakfast had much variety including fresh fruit, meats, and cheeses.

the location proved accessible to main attractions (a definite plus).
the room lacked dressers, so luggage had to be on the floor. i nearly tripped going to the bathroom at night. maids also never cleaned the room, despite the 'please clean our room' sign being on the door for hours. the garbage cans filled up, and it just wasn't the experience i anticipated.
