i had a really good breakfast included in my stay. the room was comfortable with a good view. the location was very central, near the canal and historic center.
the tv in my room didn't work. i reported it to the reception, but it wasn't fixed. i was unable to call the reception from my room, requiring a trip downstairs.

this hotel has an agreement with a nearby parking garage. the gym included three treadmills and a set of free weights. i saw that the hotel has a coffee machine available in the lobby.

the hallway carpeting had a 'copenhagen' design. i found it to be needlessly dark. rooms are worn, i think, and dated with non working air conditioning.

the breakfast offered many choices and the staff were super friendly. the location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions! our room included a comfortable bed and fresh, clean linens , it was wonderful.
this meant i sometimes had to wait longer.

the waiting time at check-in was too long only one person was available at the reception the tv in our room did not work even after a battery change I was told that breakfast would be served in my room but it was not delivered and I had to pick it up myself.
