this hotel offered a amazing experience. the staff assisted with arranging a taxi despite us arriving soaked. the family room had plenty of space. the bathroom included both a bath and a walk-in shower. breakfast also presented an excellent range of choices.
the double bed was two single beds pushed together. both beds had noticeable dents, uncomfortable. pillow choices were also limited to only high loft options.

The location was perfect.
The front desk staff were unsmiling. The "superior" canal view room seemed small and dark. The bathroom had a tiny built in plastic shower cabin.
