I really liked the airport transfers offered by the hotel. The price was reasonable. i also appreciated the room with a streaming television where i could access my netflix. i was kindly upgraded to a queen size bed. It was really comfortable.

a few hiccups
overbooked shuttlemissing towels
The airport shuttle i had booked was overbooked, a really frustrating situation. i ended up having to take a taxi, costing me more money. i also requested extra towels , but they never arrived. This was disappointing (i like to have everything i need).

huge selectionhelpful staffshower design
the breakfast had a huge selection. it was also delicious. staff were helpful to me. tykhon checked us in. he gave us maps and all the information we needed.
the shower design wasn't great. water regularly flooded the bathroom floor. this meant it took a while for one to arrive to our room on the 10th floor.
