simple breakfast executive lounge
i was a bit disappointed with a couple of things . the executive lounge was not what i expected. breakfast was simple stuff with a preset menu to order from, so i ended up having better breakfasts out in the city.

The staff offered a warm cookie upon arrival (a nice touch!). the room was ready when i arrived. the location is very convenient. It is very close to the train station. the room was super clean and big. the bedding felt very comfortable.
i had to queue to check out for about 20 minutes. there was no hand wash in the bathroom. i was sent to a different desk twice after being told "i can't do that go to that queue. ".

I appreciated the hotel location. It was near the central train station. Several restaurants and stores are accessible by walking. I found the hotel staff friendly and helpful .

The hotel location was convenient. It was just next to the main train station. This made travel easy. Breakfast had a good selection of items.
One of the elevators was not working. This made wait times longer. The room had some stains on the carpet. I also heard noise from trains because my room faced the tracks.

The hotel is very close to the main train station (this made travel easy). It is also a short walk to many main attractions. I liked the ability to leave my suitcases early. The late checkout was helpful (I did appreciate that).
One of the elevators was dedicated solely to the rooftop bar. This meant longer wait times for other guests.

great location comfortable bed amazing views
The hotel is close to the main train station. It made traveling very easy. My room had a good size and a comfortable bed. The bar on the 11th floor offered AMAZING views!!!
