i was a bit disappointed with a couple of things . the executive lounge was not what i expected. breakfast was simple stuff with a preset menu to order from, so i ended up having better breakfasts out in the city.

The staff offered a warm cookie upon arrival (a nice touch!). the room was ready when i arrived. the location is very convenient. It is very close to the train station. the room was super clean and big. the bedding felt very comfortable.
i had to queue to check out for about 20 minutes. there was no hand wash in the bathroom. i was sent to a different desk twice after being told "i can't do that go to that queue. ".

the room size was smaller than i anticipated. there was also a persistent noise throughout the night. it sounded like some kind of machinery, and it definitely impacted my sleep. the bathroom was a bit outdated, it had some chipped tiles.

The hotel is very close to the main train station (this made travel easy). It is also a short walk to many main attractions. I liked the ability to leave my suitcases early. The late checkout was helpful (I did appreciate that).
