My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms were very clean and spacious with a convenient full kitchenette, but not having nearby markets to buy food limited its use. The service from Andres, German, and Iris at the front desk was mostly polite and efficient, although there was an issue with pushy behavior regarding tipping. The location was excellent, set in the hills of Concha Chinas, with lots of amenities nearby to explore. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially the generous breakfast selection next to the oddly quiet pool in the afternoon.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was incredibly spacious with a beautiful kitchen that I didn't use much, but the bathrooms were lovely with marble tiles and tasteful artwork. However, the dining experience left something to be desired as the food was not up to par and quite expensive. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff attending to our needs. The location was visually stunning and unique, although not central and requiring taxis to get around. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel's location by the ocean allowed for breathtaking views of the sunset. The facilities were remarkable, offering various services to make the stay comfortable.
