“The Hacienda at Krystal Grand cultivates a relaxing adults-only ambiance, particularly around its shaded pool area, and many find the rooms, especially the spacious ones with large showers, quite comfortable. While some logistical wrinkles exist, like housekeeping timing and a la carte dining reservations, the attentive staff, particularly those at the bars and pools, often make up for these with their exceptional service and energy, creating a very agreeable environment by the ocean. The location itself proves a significant advantage, offering convenient strolls to nearby amenities and a quick trip to the vibrant Malecón.”
