the breakfast had a good variety. the staff was attentive, extra towels were delivered within minutes of my request.
the fitness center required a fee. i thought this was unusual. the rooms seemed somewhat dated. the dark carpeting did not give a clean impression.

The hotel pickup service from the airport was prompt and efficient. Our Superior Double Room matched the website description and was very clean. The air conditioning worked silently. Minor issues were addressed quickly.
I thought the fitness center requiring a 20-euro fee for access was slightly inconvenient.

the hotel is situated on a quiet street. i found the breakfast buffet offered a large selection, including gluten-free items. the lobby is beautiful (it really is). i was greeted warmly and any issues were handled professionally.
the wifi signal was occasionally weak. it was only a minor inconvenience.

lovely stay
great spaceideal locationshower cabin
the breakfast was lovely. i found many choices available. the location was ideal. it was so easy to get around the city from there. the room was really nice and had a great space.
the shower cabin had limescale. the white tiles appear yellowish. the yellow residue looked like a pattern but it was limescale. this is not acceptable in a hotel of this class and price.

this hotel provides a fitness center. it features one treadmill. it also has a bicycle who wants to keep active, so this is good. the equipment looks modern and well cared for.

the staff was very friendly and always accommodating. they were eager to help with directions. they also helped with arranging transportation. i really appreciated the personalized service and felt welcomed at any time.
