this hotel location was very central. i see many central sites of the place. morning breakfast was so delicious. the staff was so kind and food was really delicious. i found many restaurants nearby for dinner.
the room felt very small and the window had not a good view. i see pipes and wires.

The room felt quite small. i think the pictures were misleading. the bathroom pipelines also had a distinct odor during my entire stay, which wasn't great. it was hard to ignore. We loved the breakfast. but the view was amazing!

I found the staff friendly and helpful ! They provided excellent advice. The location was fantastic. I easily walked to the Colosseum and many other major attractions. I really enjoyed the breakfast selection offered each morning. There was a good variety of items.
The rooftop access had limited hours. I would have liked it open a bit later.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The breakfast was tasty and the coffee was excellent.
The room I stayed in needed some maintenance and repair paint was peeling and the floor was damaged it looked rather shabby. There was almost no lighting in the room I think this was done on purpose to hide the room's deficiencies. I was on the first floor facing the street and I could not sleep because of the constant noise throughout the night.

The staff offered wonderful service. They readily assisted with directions and recommendations. The rooftop breakfast had plenty of options. I especially liked the fresh pastries and fruit (they were delicious!).
It only accommodated two people at a time. The walls seemed thin. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms (especially early in the morning). The housekeeping only made the bed and replaced towels. A more thorough cleaning would have been welcome.
