Wonderful stay with amazing views
room upgrade friendly staff
The reception staff provided a room upgrade upon arrival. The room included a balcony with sunbeds, a table, and chairs. The hotel was cleaned daily to a high standard, a detail I observed. The staff members were efficient and very friendly there.
The hotel is situated quite high up. I had to walk 500 meters on a steep winding road to reach it. The courtesy bus helps, but the walk was challenging. This location might be an issue for some guests.

the hotel offered a reliable shuttle service to the city center , which was very convenient. my room featured a balcony with pleasant views. the provided breakfast had a good selection of pastries and cakes.
i noticed that the bedroom only had two plug sockets , which was not very convenient.

friendly staff italian learning thin walls limited food
the staff were friendly and looked interested in us. they helped my wife who is learning italian.
the walls were very thin. noise from the adjacent room might be a problem for light sleepers. breakfast choice of food was limited compared to other hotels we've stayed in

Amazing stay with really good staff and views!
kind staff useful shuttle
I found the staff kind and always ready to assist. The hotel offers a very useful shuttle service to town. It made getting around quite easy. The pool area has AMAZING views. Our room included a spacious balcony.
There was limited availability of plug sockets in the room. It was slightly inconvenient for charging multiple devices simultaneously. I hope this issue is addressed in the future.
