the staff were friendly and was interested in us. they helped my wife who is learning italian.
the walls were very thin. noise from the adjacent room might be a problem for light sleepers. breakfast choice of food was limited compared to other hotels we've stayed in

I found the staff kind and always ready to assist. The hotel offers a very useful shuttle service to town. It made getting around quite easy. The pool area has AMAZING views. Our room included a spacious balcony.
There was limited availability of plug sockets in the room. It was slightly inconvenient for charging multiple devices simultaneously. I hope this issue is addressed in the future.

The breakfast buffet featured a great selection of items, including fresh pastries and cakes. The staff refilled beverages promptly. I found the quality of food to be satisfactory and very good.

The hotel has a gorgeous pool area with sun loungers and umbrellas. The free parking is definitely a plus for travelers with cars. The hotel provides shuttle service, made getting to and from town very convenient.

The reception staff was always efficient and friendly. They also provided helpful information regarding local attractions and transportation options. The room was cleaned daily to a very excellent hygiene standard.
