The room had a coffee machine. It was very handy and easy to use.
I had issues with the bathroom door. It did not close properly. It was more a folding screen sort of deal, so keeping the heat in was impossible. I also found the lack of drawers for storage inconvenient.

My room was so stuffy. I thought i was going to melt. the air conditioning obviously wasn't working properly. also, the minibar was a complete joke. they barely stocked it and i had to ask for more water!

the tv did not have any english channels. it showed it was a smart tv, but i could not connect to it. it would have been nice if i could relax in bed with some english channels.

I really enjoyed my stay. the location was super central and the service was good. a huge plus was the complimentary minibar filled with coffee, juice, water, prosecco, and beer. It really made our mornings better. i also found the staff to be pleasant and cute .

the rooms feel so spacious and they are well fitted out. i liked the free minibar stocked with goodies. the beds and the pillows feel comfy to sleep in. breakfast have a huge range with fresh options.
service in the bar was quite slow and tables were not cleaned often. dirty plates stayed on tables long.
