Wonderful city stay!
helpful staffaccessible metroelectric kettleoverpowering scent
the staff was always helpful . I found the hotel very accessible to the metro and buses. i appreciated the electric kettle and fridge in the room. the front desk staff were so nice.
the scent used throughout the hotel was a little overpowering for me.

the hotel is conveniently located near Passeig de Gracia. I found the metro station to be very close. Gaudi's Casa Batllo is only a short walk from the hotel.

the air conditioning was ineffective. the room became uncomfortably warm. i reported it, yet no repairs occurred. a fan was provided at my request, but it was insufficient.
