The room felt VERY spacious. I requested a high floor and received a room on the ninth floor. It offered many bus connections in all directions.
Rooms felt a bit small. There were NO doors to the shower or bathroom area. Waiters at breakfast did not clean dirty tables promptly. This was like a pity, especially when scrambled eggs ran out and were not refilled.

The location allowed easy access to many sights, including the gothic quarter. It made exploring very convenient. the staff were attentive to my needs. the room was quiet. the hotel offered excellent value compared to other options in the area.
I noticed the decor seemed a little dated. There was an interesting golden dinosaur in the reception area. the theme felt unsure.

the hotel's location provides convenient access to main attractions. many shops and cafes are nearby. the street is one of the largest, easing navigation to the attractions, though a 20 to 25 minute walk is needed to reach placa catalunya.

my room included a very comfortable bed and blackout curtains. the bathroom had great lighting and a magnifying mirror. i found these useful. a chromecast television was available for entertainment so i could watch my favorite show.

the location is very good near a shopping mall restaurants and shops. the size of the rooms is decent and the amenities are good i found. the staff was very friendly and helpful to me.
i noticed that the restaurant was closed . it limited my dining options within the hotel. i hope the restaurant reopens soon .

my room featured a comfortable bed with fresh linens and soft pillows. there was also a minibar stocked with a selection of beverages and snacks and a safe for securing valuables.

The room was clean and quite spacious. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help.
The hotel decor seems a bit dated. The TV instructions were difficult to follow. There was no bell man so I had to carry the luggage myself.

the room had recent remodeling i noticed ample beds a comfortable shower was also included daily room cleaning was thorough a definite plus. breakfast offered quality choices over quantity the large room provided necessary space for luggage and relaxation alex and esmeralda were excellent employees.
the television's default language was spanish and connecting my phone was not easy.
