excellent location necessary amenities daily cleaning
the location was excellent. the train station was very close. i found the room had everything i needed. cleaning service was provided every day.
the air conditioning did not work very well in my room.

useful facilities close location good air conditioner functional coffee machine
i found many facilities at the hotel were useful. the location was indeed close to transportation, a major plus. my room had good air conditioning, which i really needed. the coffee machine in the room worked good.
the ice machine was broken on my floor, i had to go to another floor.

staff replies quickly to my questions. staff did not hesitate to provide assistance with any issues i had. i did find the team available at all times.

the rooms are really clean. the hotel provided an assortment of cosmetics in the room. there was a television streaming option which makes watching shows easy. the beds are very good too.

friendly staff excellent location convenient exploration
The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with requests. I found the hotel's location excellent, close to many attractions. Public transportation was easily accessible, allowing convenient exploration.
I noticed some minor wear and tear in the bathroom fixtures.
