ineffective air conditioning slow service
The hotel's breakfast offered many options (I liked the fresh fruit).
The air conditioning did not work effectively. I found it difficult to lower the room temperature. The minibar was not refilled daily, and I had to request items from reception. The staff in the bar were slow. I waited more than 5 minutes to be served despite it not being busy.

awkward shower minibar water
The shower was awkward. I had to be in the bath to turn it on. Multiple outlets and a difficult operating mechanism meant I got drenched with cold water before I could get the right setting. There was no water in the room unless I bought it from the minibar. I expected more for the price I paid, awkward shower, no free water

close station main attractions food variety friendly staff
the hotel location is close to friedrichstrasse station making travel easy. many main attractions are also close. breakfast included a wide variety of foods. friendly staff aided with checkin and were at disposal.
the tv had few channel options, i found this very limiting.

the reception provides great service, including many fluent spanish speakers. the personnel is attentive and solves issues quickly. i found them nice.

the breakfast has many options. the hotel features a pool, that guests can use. a gym is available for workout purposes. i think these amenities are convenient.
