The hotel is near the durandy tram stop and the jean medicin stop, it makes getting around simple. I appreciated the location. It allowed me easy access to explore the area. The staff stored my luggage both before and after check-in, a nice service. The provided towels were clean, and there was shampoo in the bathroom.
The walls are thin. Noises carried easily from neighboring rooms and the hallway.

The hotel offers a safe in each room for securing valuables and kitchen access was granted upon request, very convenient. A tram stop is close by for transportation, and the hotel provides luggage storage before check-in.

Michelle at the reception provided great service and were pretty good too. The staff addressed my questions and requests promptly, and they was eager to ensure I enjoyed my visit. Staff are very friendly and helped me with directions.

Sens restaurant is nearby. It provided one of my best dinners. Eatsa is next door. It is great for meals. La Popote is also close, it is great for a cafe au lait and pain au chocolat.

the staff was very friendly i appreciated their help with directions. the location was convenient it was close to public transportation. the room was adequately clean the bathroom was well-kept.
the walls were thin i could hear noise from other rooms. the room size was small there was limited space for luggage.
