the room had a great size and some nice decor! the hotel staff was super friendly. the location is close to the main station.
the air conditioning did not work properly in the room, so it did not make the room cold at all? i reported this twice, but it wasn't fixed.

fine view quiet table cold room elevator service
The spacious room offered a fine view. The breakfast on the 9th floor included a warm welcome and a quiet table overlooking the water.
The air conditioner did not work, and the room was cold. The elevator service was a disaster. One elevator didn't work, and another had problems. I waited for 20 minutes to get an elevator once.

spacious room comfy bed alster view
the room was very nice. it was spacious, clean, and quiet. the room also provided a beautiful view of the alster. i loved the bathtub and the super comfy bed.
The lighting in the bathroom was not suitable for makeup application. I had to use a small mirror in the living room.

Acceptable Location, Disappointing Details
poor air conditioning uncomfortable bed
Proximity to central station was nice.
The air conditioning in my room did not work properly. I reported this twice, but it wasn't fixed. The staff at the front desk did not seem interested. The bed was also very uncomfortable. I think it was mainly down to the pillows.
