amazing hotel stay!

convenient location needed amenities attentive staff

The hotel's location was really convenient. it was an easy walk to many shops and restaurants. i was close to public transport. my room had all the amenities i needed and was very quiet. i also found the staff to be very attentive and helpful. They quickly addressed all my requests.

The decor in the lobby felt a bit outdated compared to the rooms. I think the lobby could use a refresh.

The staff offered a warm welcome and were always ready to help with my needs. They were very polite and professional. they were AMAZING!!! the front desk provided quick assistance with directions and recommendations.

the room included robes and slippers i found this nice the location near main attractions also helped i could easily reach places i planned to visit.

the gym had limited equipment it included just a few machines.

the staff was really friendly, it was acceptable.

the room smelled really bad, like old socks, and it gave me headache. also, the shower barely had any pressure. the breakfast never had bacon, so i was disappointed.

a romantic lisbon dream

attentive staff delicious pastries christmas gift

I adored the attentiveness i received . the front desk staff provided really good directions, really helping me find my way around the city. a good christmas gift of fancy port wine was an unexpected joy. the 24-hour availability of delicious pastries, teas, and coffee added to the warm atmosphere. It was magical.

the hotel is on a very busy street, so some noise did filter through.
