the location of this hotel was acceptable.
The registration agent was rude. She seemed uninterested in answering our questions. the parking garage and the entrance to the miracle mile had a strong, unpleasant smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke. it was so overpowering that we had to hold our breath each time we passed through there.

i appreciated the proximity to the airport and the smooth check-in. my room offered a nice view and was very clean. the room featured a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, a living room with a sofa, television, and a kitchenette. i used the pool often, and i thought the staff taking drink and food orders was fantastic.

the gym had ample equipment to meet fitness needs. starbucks coffees each day were a welcome addition. i was happy that there were no casinos in this hotel, so it was not overcrowded with people.

I enjoyed a spacious suite with a very nice kitchen. The power blinds offered amazing views of the Sphere and mountains. It was like an apartment, not a hotel room! The living room blinds doubled as a movie screen, and I used the projector.
I found it wasn't really a friendly place, and some guests acted superior! I received a call soon after entering my room. It was about a 'welcome basket' at the concierge desk, but it was just a discount card and a timeshare pitch.

The staff were professional and very helpful. They answered questions promptly and provided assistance when needed. I especially appreciated the quick response to requests, so I could get the most out of my stay.
