My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was one of the less comfortable I've experienced, despite being pleasant and well-appointed. The noise level was high due to various disturbances. The service was a mix of professional and helpful attitudes but also marred by instances of rudeness and unfriendliness. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and shops, but the dining experience was a letdown, leading me to dine elsewhere. Overall, my experience had its ups and downs.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, with extra-comfortable beds. The staff was friendly, informative, and really went out of their way to fix some issues we had with our booking. The location was great, just a short walk to the heart of the historic downtown. The dining experience was nice, although a bit pricey. The pool area and facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.
