the staff were friendly and helpful, always available when needed.
My room was not properly cleaned. the bathroom floor had hair and dust, and the mirror had streaks. It was quite DISAPPOINTING. the minibar was empty, a fact i discovered late at night when I wanted a drink. i had to call room service, which took over an hour.
