efficient check-in in-room washer rooftop gym comfortable bed
Check-in was very efficient. My room had a washer and dryer, very convenient. The rooftop gym offered amazing views. The bed was comfortable.

loved everything about my visit
comfortable bed hot water great care
this hotel provides services great. the bed and pillows are very comfortable, i wanted longer stays. the shower and hot water are excelent. i like the smells of the lotion. everything perfect and well taken care of. this impressed a big hotel.
i was assigned a room next to a elevator and system heating. it was very noisy, i didn't like that.

the hotel has a bar and restaurant with diverse options. reception and housekeeping personnel are friendly. you could ride the subway without leaving the hotel and there are also many places to walk to from here.

really good service strategic location warm welcome panoramic view
I found the service really good and the location strategic. The reception team offered a warm welcome and efficient check-in. Eric Aase from the valet team recommended local restaurants and venues. The fitness center included panoramic views.
I noticed the internet connection was very slow .

Teller's Bar & Lounge offered delicious food in a sophisticated setting. Vouchers were provided for Ritual cafe, a beautiful café with tasty pastries and coffee. Room service was also available.

The hotel is located near a subway station and streetcar stops. Many attractions are within walking distance. It is a short walk to a shopping centre and many restaurants are easily accessible.

The location had direct access to the underground PATH system. This was convenient. The room was super clean and cozy. I appreciated that. WIFI worked great.
I found no onsite parking. It made access difficult. The vault is no longer accessible. I was disappointed the ballrooms were not available for exploring.

mixed feelings about this stay
outdated fixtures poor internet
the location was great, close to many attractions.
the room i had was quite disappointing the bathroom fixtures felt outdated. the shower head was subpar and difficult to adjust. additionally, the internet connection was spotty.
