the staff was friendly enough. i suppose that counts for something.

the room was supposed to have air conditioning. it did not, only heat i turned the thermostat all the way down, but it remained stuffy. i even opened a window, but all i got was street noise all night long it was not restful at all

The breakfast was quite substantial. it provided ample choices for everyone. the location offered easy access to several metro stations, about a ten-minute walk. I found it very convenient. the staff seemed helpful and answered all my questions effectively. the hotel ensured i was comfortable even upon a late check-in.

my room's carpet had noticeable stains. the paint was peeling off the wooden parts in my room. the bathroom lacked a personal mirror, which i found inconvenient.
