I found the location convenient. It was easy to explore many city landmarks on foot. the room was very clean. I noticed how well kept everything was. i appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, especially with directions. also, the hotel emailed me about needing a pass due to the olympic games!
The ironing service was slightly inconvenient. The hotel only had one iron available.

The room was clean I must say the body wash had a good scent. The reception operates 24 hours the staff are lovely and helpful.
The hotel had only one iron available I opted for a steamer instead and it was delivered without water.

This hotel is well-kept and in a great location. i was welcomed warmly and immediately felt at home. the receptionists were always available. They assisted me with all my needs, even beyond their regular duties. the hotel has good connections to main attractions and is easily accessible from the airport!!!
i noticed some outdated decor in common spaces. it was nothing too bad, though.
