A Solid and Charming Stay

I found the hotel very accessible from the Ferry Terminal. Check-in was swift, and the front desk staff was cute. As a Diamond Elite member, I was offered bonus points (a GREAT perk!). I received an upgrade to a king room that included a balcony. It was a good touch.

The elevator service was a bit slow at times, and I had to wait longer than expected on a couple of occasions.
