The breakfast buffet offered good variety. I found the provided kettle useful. It included tea and coffee for refills. The staff were helpful and professional from reception onwards. They knew the city well and offered good advice.

A Solid and Charming Stay

I found the hotel very accessible from the Ferry Terminal. Check-in was swift, and the front desk staff was cute. As a Diamond Elite member, I was offered bonus points (a GREAT perk!). I received an upgrade to a king room that included a balcony. It was a good touch.

The elevator service was a bit slow at times, and I had to wait longer than expected on a couple of occasions.

The room was spacious. The soft bed offered restful sleep. I found parking available directly on the premises. That provided significant convenience. The restaurant impressed me with its superb grilled meats. The burgers were excellent.

The air conditioning made a noticeable noise, even when turned off.
