The location is very convenient. You can easily walk to shopping areas, restaurants, and sightseeing spots. The staff at the front desk were friendly. I found the restaurant very nice. It served delicious food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
I found the underground public car park initially hard to locate.

The room was very spacious. I appreciated the largest bed i have ever slept in, also the bathroom was a good size. Breakfast had everything i could wish for and was excellent.
The room was A GOOD size, i am GLAD it was only one night! I found the tiles felt rough. On closer inspection, the black spots on the tiles was mould growth, also in the grouting.

The staff was very friendly! On-site EV charging was available and convenient for my electric vehicle. The room was super clean and cozy. I enjoyed the good central location for exploring. The port district location made everything accessible!
The parking was difficult to find upon arrival, and it added some initial stress to the stay. Otherwise, everything was great.

i found the location perfect, right on the water, and close to shopping areas! our room had a lovely view of the port and ships. the breakfast buffet was fabulous with many options, including local dishes. the staff was friendly and helpful, too.
I did notice that the hotel parking had an extra fee. It's good to know in advance because it wasn't initially clear.

My room overlooked the harbor and a replica pirate ship I found the reception areas nicely furnished The bed in my Suite View was very spacious. Breakfast offered everything one could wish for.
The common areas show a poor state of maintenance The staff seemed busy and not always friendly. The air conditioning was noisy.

i booked a superior room, but the furniture seemed OLD. the air conditioning system operates centrally, so i COULD not adjust the temperature in my room. this oversight led to discomfort throughout my stay. i EXPECTED more control over the environment in my room. i suggest they PRIORITIZE updates to the climate control system .
