The climate control in my Standard Double Room Single Sofa Bed did not work well. The room was either too hot or too cold. The toilet constantly refilled, so I could hear water running. The TV noise from the adjacent room was quite loud.

the restaurant experience was not great. my husband had the worst pizza, and nobody enjoyed their meal. wine per glass was expensive and not served chilled enough. parking cost an additional £10 per night (this felt a bit steep).
