Malmaison Cheltenham is commonly appreciated for its spacious and airy bedrooms featuring comfortable beds. The hotel's location is ideal, offering easy access to the city centre, bars, and restaurants. While some guests have pointed out the unusual placement of electric sockets or noted that the open-plan bathrooms can get damp, many find the breakfast excellent, complete with a good selection of continental items as well as cooked options.

fab visit, such a treat!

friendly staff clean room great location
I found the staff really friendly and helpful. Alex on reception deserves a special mention. our rooms were lovely and clean, always important to me. the location were also perfect for exploring the local bars and restaurants. Town center is only a short walk away.
the lighting in our club room were very dim, difficult to see properly. the small windows also didn't help. i think better lighting would make a big difference in the room.

a pleasant stay

smooth check-in comfortable room clean room
Check-in was smooth. Everyone was very helpful. freddie at the desk made it quick. the room was comfortable and clean. breakfast met my dietary needs. The staff were great.
The design of the room had an open shower and bath which you walk into from the entrance. It wasn't private. a flimsy see-through curtain was available, though it wasn't enough
