The beds offered great comfort. I found the rooms both clean and inviting s. The front desk staff provided consistent assistance and smiles, made a difference. The location proved ideal, steps away from shopping areas, and my room even provided a church view.
The breakfast selection, while good, COULd have included a wider variety of cheeses. I found the offerings somewhat limited.

The stairway carpet showed wear, AND the room furniture looked dated. The staff presence felt minimal, though some employees were more helpful. I did not receive a warm welcome upon arrival.

The hotel offered a unique experience. The art collection throughout the hotel was beautiful. the staff was eager to assist with directions and recommendations, a great help for exploring the city. i appreciated the free on-site parking. This was a significant benefit in such a central location.
My room was quite small, and the lack of a mini-fridge was an inconvenience. I missed having a place to keep drinks cold. the limited window opening affected the fresh air circulation.
