the hotel had a superb location on a quiet street.
the rooms were very dated. the staff worked only until the afternoon, and no one was available in the evening. it reminded me of i was left without assistance after hours.

The location was PERFECT. I could easily walk to many restaurants and the museum island. My room had a rustic, clean feel. The smell of fresh croissants in the morning was AMAZING!!! I also found the staff really helpful in arranging an early check-in. The courtyard was so cute.

i found the location superb. it was on a quiet street close to the east end. the building had a museum vibe, i observed oil paintings and period furniture. a calm aura pervaded the entire house and its tranquil courtyard.
i noticed no night staff or daily room cleaning service. the staff closed the reception early. nobody was present apart from other guests. this looked unwelcoming.
