wonderful experience at the design hotel
strategic positiongood comfort
the hotel enjoyes a strategic POSITION. the rooms have all i needed, including good cleaning and comfort. amenities are good here. the hotel is 5 minutes away from a mall and kiosks upon departure. access roads for the car or if one move by taxi or uber are good, i appreciate it.
it was broken for the duration of my stay, thursday to sunday. i found it unbelievable that an emergency engineer could not be sourced during this time. the hotel didn't respond to my email regarding the issues.

The double room included a king-sized bed with soft linens. a work desk with ample lighting was available. complimentary toiletries were also provided. The design was nice.

The staff were FRIENDLY. they helped me with directions and offered recommendations. check-in and check-out were quick, and efficient. The level of helpfulness was high, and i appreciated it very much.

the breakfast buffet included a good selection of hot and cold items. fresh fruit, pastries, and juices were available EVERY DAY. the dining area was clean and well kept. the dining service was very good.
