underground parking easy access air conditioning electric socket
the location was perfect. the hotel had its own underground parking , which was very easy to access.
the air conditioning did not work , and when someone checked , i was told it was working , but it never cooled the room. electric socket by the bed didn't work also.

the staff seemed responsive to requests .
I had issues with the room temperature. It never got warm enough despite attempts to adjust it, and that really affected my stay.

central location helpful staff
the location was central (right in the heart of everything!). the staff were ready to advise on getting the best from my visit, which i found helpful.
I found that the sound insulation wasn't perfect. I could still hear some street noise.
