The towels were quite thin. I expected better quality. also, the bottled water tasted odd. i found this disappointing. the romantic package i booked was not excellent. It included subpar chocolates.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. The location proved very convenient. It was just a few minutes from the market and a short walk to restaurants. My room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I slept very well.

The staff was helpful. They gave me a shower and towels by the gym after checkout.
I was REALLY disappointed that they didn't refill the water daily. I've never experienced that in a proper hotel before. The amenities in the room were also lacking. I had to call to even get a toothbrush.

The hotel location was fantastic. the breakfast was great, i especially liked the fresh fruit selection. It was a cheerful start to my day though the breakfast area was a bit crowded.
The gym was quite small, it only had a few machines, and i wished there were more options. The hotel felt a bit worn out overall, some areas needed updating to really feel like a four-star experience.
