taxi service modern room perfect location
i found the staff cute. they offered help with taxis and provided helpful answers to my questions. the rooms were modern and very clean. the location was great, right around the corner from the marina, supermarkets, and restaurants. i really enjoyed how close it was to everything.
i noticed the tourist tax seemed quite high. it felt a bit more than expected for the hotel type.

I had a really good time here. the location worked well, close to bus routes and the beach. conchi was very helpful. She gave me a map. the staff were friendly.

amazing location friendly staff efficient service clean room
i found the location to be excellent. the staff were friendly and provided helpful suggestions for exploring the island. i used their airport pickup service, and it was very efficient. the room was clean and the rain shower was a great feature.
the room i stayed in was slightly smaller than i had anticipated.

clean hotel kind receptionist ideal location room refrigerator
the receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and provided immediate assistance with my luggage. i appreciated this kind gesture, especially since i arrived before my room was ready. the location proved ideal, offering easy access to nearby stores and the sea.. i found a refrigerator and a balcony in my room. i enjoyed the cleanliness of both the room and the overall premises.

clean rooms helpful staff double charge tourist tax
The rooms were newly refurbished. Everything was clean. The staff was helpful. I found the location good. It was only minutes to the waterfront.
I was double charged for the tourist tax at a high rate. The manager told me it was the new rate, but the Ibiza website stated otherwise. It left a bad impression.
