The hotel provided easy and quick check-in and check-out. the bar service was very good and engaging. I found that very helpful! the staff was excellent throughout my stay.

The tv was small. Most channels had no signal, a little inconvenient.

The location is very accessible and close to multiple public transport stations. Made getting around very easy. the hotel sits about 30 minutes walk from the central areas. it is generally quiet, except on game days.

The room was very clean. basic accommodations were provided, which i appreciated. the water pressure and temperature in the shower were really good. That was a plus after a long day.

The bed size in the room was acceptable.

The hotel experience started positively, but some issues arose. The air conditioning seemed ineffective. The room felt stuffy. I also discovered the beige bench had unsightly dark marks and ultimately had to change rooms.

The receptionist was very kind. She was competent. Her warm smile made a difference. The hotel is a comfortable business hotel as described.

There was no mini bar or fridge in the room. The coffee had milk whitener powder instead of actual milk. One of the mugs provided for coffee was also dirty. The TV was very small and most channels had no signal.
