the staff provided adapters for the swiss sockets in my room which was very thoughtful. the 24/7 availability of water and coffee in the lobby added such convenience to my stay, i liked that. the central location provided great access to everything.

My room lacked air conditioning, which posed an issue during the warmer nights. It was a bit stuffy! i would have welcomed a small fridge in the room to keep drinks cool .

The room was SO small and REALLY dark. It felt claustrophobic. There was NO air conditioning, and only a tiny fan was provided. I hit my head multiple times because of the pitched roof, and the electrical sockets were difficult to use. This.
