Really good Downtown Stay!

I found the location convenient. Canada Place was within easy walking distance, perfect after our cruise disembarkation. The room size was great and the beds were very comfortable. I especially liked the quick and friendly check in process. This. I also appreciated the easy access to the operator via phone.
I did notice that the complimentary toiletries weren't consistently refilled . The body wash, shampoo, and soap weren't replenished daily. The soap dish had old soap residue after three days. I found this a little inconvenient.

The gym had all the necessary equipment for a good workout and the pool was a welcome space. I noted amenities like the spa, laundry, and Starbucks on the premises, which added to the convenience. I thought the gingerbread house display in the lobby was a nice touch.

The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to many attractions. I was able to explore a lot of the city on foot. I liked being close to places such as the train station; it was perfect for traveling around.

The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help. I loved how accommodating everyone was and this made me feel very valued as a guest. It was quick to get assistance when I needed it.

the location is perfect. the view from my balcony on the 24th floor was great. i liked that breakfast service extended until 11 am on weekends. the gym was adequately equipped for a basic workout.
i noticed the parking area lacked clear signs. it took a couple of attempts to find the correct route and process.

the gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section. these amenities contribute to a well-rounded guest experience.

The location near Canada Place was super convenient! Great shopping areas were easily walkable. I also liked that a shuttle to Capilano was available for free.
The room was not clean when I first entered. I saw dirty glasses. I also noticed a sticky material in the ice box. This was unexpected.

the bed in the king room balcony was comfortable (i loved it!). sky train access directly from the hotel made getting around quite easy. i would come back here anytime.
the bathroom was a bit small for my liking, with limited counter space. it made organizing toiletries a little challenging but not an insurmountable hurdle.
