the location offered convenient access to nearby attractions. our room showcased the most amazing views of the harbour and stanley park. the staff demonstrated warmth and attentiveness to our needs. luggage service straight to our cruise ship was also available, a really good service.

the room had two sinks and a separate shower. complimentary toiletries were available. fresh towels arrived daily. the closet provided ample storage. the beds were comfortable. the climate control system maintained the room at an ideal temperature.

the fitness center has modern equipment. there were a good number of treadmills and bikes available for use. the pool was heated. the jacuzzi offered a relaxing respite. i noticed the business center was equipped with computers and printers.

the on-site restaurant offered breakfast, lunch, and dinner. the menu featured a range of international dishes. i could see the bar had an extensive drink list. room service was available 24/7. the food was AMAZING!!!

I was upgraded to a great suite upon check in. the room was huge. there were seven pillows. the bed was a massive king size. coffee making facilities were excellent. A fridge was available.

the heated outdoor pool offered a great city view it added a relaxing touch to my stay. the fitness center included several treadmills and stationary bikes ensuring a good workout. underground access to the skytrain station made getting around easy.

the hotel offered attentive service i appreciated the staff extending our checkout time by a couple of hours they arranged transfer of our bags to our cruise ship they also provided convenient luggage storage. the staff in the lounge were amazing the food was great for breakfast each morning the service was personal and the attitude of the staff was genuine.
the room was not very clean i found a pill on the carpet there were hairs in spots there are many other hotels nearby with better rates. the taxes were excessive extra charges and parking fees totaled nearly the price of the room i was not able to use the hot tub because of schedule.

the valet service was bad every time i arrived with my car i had to honk and wait someone did not notice me when leaving they brought the wrong car or forgot my call from the room the hot tub on the 8th floor was lukewarm the water was not hot the staff sent an 'engineer' who was clueless and couldn't make the water warmer.

the hotel staff was very friendly. they helped me with an early check-in. the inside of the hotel was very nice and clean!
The premier king harbor view room was dated. it didn't include a separate tub and shower. there were no plug-in outlets on my side of the bed. a corded phone sat next to the toilet.
