i found a couple of things that weren't quite up to par. first , the coffee capsules in the room weren't replenished , so i had to call down for more. also , the bathroom felt quite small , and the shower pressure was weaker than i prefer.

My room was a good size for the city. I could easily walk to Grand Central Terminal, helpful. The staff were very friendly and always greeted me with a smile. I felt welcome .

I found the lack of on-site dining options somewhat inconvenient. It would have been nice to have a restaurant in the building. There was a small bakery nearby. I prefer the convenience of in-house services.
