unfilled capsules weak shower pressure
i found a couple of things that weren't quite up to par. first , the coffee capsules in the room weren't replenished , so i had to call down for more. also , the bathroom felt quite small , and the shower pressure was weaker than i prefer.

Excellent Stay in Central Location
friendly staff good location spacious room
My room was a good size for the city. I could easily walk to Grand Central Terminal, helpful. The staff were very friendly and always greeted me with a smile. I felt welcome .
I found the lack of on-site dining options somewhat inconvenient. It would have been nice to have a restaurant in the building. There was a small bakery nearby. I prefer the convenience of in-house services.

The front desk staff was consistently helpful. They provided quick assistance with directions. Housekeeping was thorough. They ensured the room was always clean. The concierge offered useful information for local attractions, though the parking was expensive!

warm welcome park views complimentary wine low pressure adjacent noise thin paper
Melanie's welcome at check-in reminded me of a warm embrace. my queen room was spacious. It offered good park avenue views. a complimentary bottle of wine enhanced the romantic atmosphere, filling the space with tenderness.
the shower water pressure was unfortunately lacking, a gentle reminder of imperfections. noise from an adjacent room disrupted the quiet i longed for.
