i really enjoyed the location it was so near central park. the staff was quite friendly and helpful with all my questions. i found a flexible option for switching rooms when i asked. the luggage storage service was such a comfort during the change.

the restroom door knob seemed a bit loose, moving slightly, it was a minor thing.

the room was spacious and updated a nice surprise. the beautiful queen room had two comfortable queen beds. i found the facility to be very convenient and well-kept.

my six-night stay was quite satisfactory the hotel maintains a good standard the room size felt adequate by city measures i found the beds quite comfortable and i appreciated the prompt hot water in the shower the central location allowed easy access to attractions i was pleased with the helpfulness of the room service staff each morning

i experienced brief waits for the elevators as some were undergoing maintenance though this was a minor inconvenience

the premier king room provided ample space the bedding felt clean and fresh the room included sufficient lighting for reading we found the temperature controls easy to manage assuring a comfortable environment.

I found the location really accessible. Many attractions were within walking distance. The subway station right outside the hotel was convenient! This accessibility allowed me to easily explore different parts of the area.

Only two elevators serviced the entire hotel. This was especially difficult when trying to get to and from my floor. I felt inconvenienced each time.

The elevators were a significant issue. Upgrades were underway. this meant long and slow-moving queues formed frequently. there also was no refrigerator in our friend's room.
