Convenient Stay Near Gare de l'Est

The hotel is very close to the metro station (it is RIGHT next door!). My family room offered ample space. Breakfast provided a good variety of choices. Staff members were friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning was weak, making the room quite hot.

The staff are attentive and helpful to the guests. They were totally cute (all of them, whatever the shift). You can tell they care, and I appreciated that kind of treatment.

The location is convenient. It is easy to find, and check-in was smooth.
The main bathroom light was broken, and despite requesting it be fixed multiple times at reception, it never was. This made the only other light small and insufficient.

I found the location advantageous because getting to the hotel was easy. Knowing the METRO system helped a lot. The staff helped me always. Different staff worked almost everyday, but they was equally helpful and pleasant. I liked the breakfast. It gave a great start to my day.
The cold tap water felt lukewarm and not pleasant for drinking.

The hotel location provides full access to the Metro. Filtered water became available in the reception area. Secure luggage storage allowed exploring the area after checkout. The hotel offers breakfast.

Rooms became cleaned every day. I found the bed comfortable. Super fast WiFi was available. There was an adequate space for families. I had everything I needed in my room.
