a Lovely stay in THE heart of the city
refreshments lounge quiet courtyard useful location helpful staff
The complimentary refreshments lounge was a Nice touch, i used it often. My room faced a quiet inner courtyard, and it included a cute balcony. The location was great for sightseeing because it was close to everything. The staff spoke good english, and they were very helpful.
The bathroom door did not offer complete privacy, it had noticeable gaps.

The breakfast offered good value, and there was great variety. Hot drinks i took to my room from the lounge, it was available at any time. The breakfast buffet was adequate and well-stocked each morning.

The staff always did their Best to communicate effectively, a skill i always appreciate. Reception provided a warm welcome, and they were always polite. The concierge efficiently fulfilled all requests, even those related to medical needs.

fantastic stay
central location helpful staff free drinks spacious room
the hotel was in a great spot i could easily walk to many attractions there were lots of shops and restaurants nearby the hotel offered complimentary coffee tea and hot chocolate all day i thought that was a lovely touch. my room was quite spacious and very clean the bed was super comfy i had plenty of wardrobe space and i used the free safe. the staff were all very helpful and friendly it.
the bathroom door wasn't sealed so i could hear everything happening inside i found this a little awkward

the hotel was within walking distance of many attractions near the parliament and the danube river i found loads of shops restaurants and bars were also close by making it very convenient.

empty minibar broken ice machine
The minibar in my Executive Room was not stocked upon arrival. I had to request that it be filled, something I didn't appreciate doing. the ice machine on my floor was out of order during my entire stay. This was an inconvenience, especially with the warmer weather.

the hotel provided complimentary coffee all day which was a great benefit. the staff gave excellent restaurant recommendations and directions. my room was quite clean and well maintained .
the bathroom door lacked a proper seal and provided minimal privacy. it was a bit awkward .

bathroom privacy clear glass
the breakfast was good every morning.
The bathroom lacked privacy. There was a large gap around the door, and the glass was overly clear. this design let light flood the room whenever someone used the bathroom at night, that was quite annoying. i felt there was little privacy because of it.

The hotel was super clean with a really nice aesthetic. our beautiful double or twin room had fantastic natural light and a large bathroom. It totally exceeded my expectations! the staff were very friendly and quick to assist, i felt very welcome. communication between staff and guest was prompt with timely responses to queries. They were very accommodating before the check in date.
The shower could have been a little stronger. It was a bit wimpy.
