I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room layout with the desk on the mezzanine and the bed in the same space as the bathroom was beautiful and created an elevated feel. The room itself was lovely, set over 2 floors with a view of the castle. I was very happy with the style and comfort of the room, though I would have enjoyed having everything on one floor. The service was very nice; the location couldn't be any more perfect, being right in the old town and near all of the sites I was keen on visiting. The dining options were good but a bit limited for a 5-star experience. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups!

The overall atmosphere was great despite some darkness, likely due to the promotional nature of our room.
