terrific stay
helpful staff short walk iced water
i found the staff very helpful and friendly. they provided a map with highlighted spots, almost everything was a short walk from the hotel. there was always iced water available at the reception, i loved that.
i couldn't really open the window because of it.

the front desk staff were very knowledgeable, offering great local suggestions and directions. the staff speaks multiple languages, facilitating communication. they were quick to address requests.
