The main restaurant was underwhelming. The dishes emitted an unpleasant odor. I found the selection LIMITED , even though it initially seemed vast. Breakfast remained the same each day. The external bars seemed poorly maintained. It was unpleasant to sit and eat there.

the buffet restaurant offered a lot of choices, but the food was average. i found the fish to be hard and many dishes lacked flavor. the service was not always up to par (i definitely felt a lack of attention). i also noticed the 16+ pool did not receive consistent service (occasional staff absence).

my husband and i celebrated our anniversary here. the variety of food was excellent and everything tasted delicious. the staff were flexible when i needed a meeting room and late checkout, they helped me within minutes.

The staff provided good food and alcohol service to the pool. The rooms are big enough.

The hotel booked the airport transfer through their website. No one arrived to meet us at the airport. We had to get a taxi, after two hours of waiting, arriving three hours late. They still asked us to pay for the transfer again before they'd send a car, if you can believe it.
