clean roomgood shower
i stayed in a superior double room the air conditioning worked very well during a warm period the room was very clean and had a good shower. the hotel is close to many restaurants i found several transport links nearby and all the main sights are accessible.
i noticed there was no kettle in the room though teabags were provided which was a small inconvenience

The staff seemed friendly. Breakfast included tasty cheese omelettes.
The private sauna was out of service. The guest information at check-in was unreadable due to a defective printer. It seemed they didn't want to buy a new one for 200 euros.

the location proved convenient with public transport access. the room was impeccably clean with thoughtful appointments. breakfast offered varied options, and the service was so good! i enjoyed the superb private spa. it was complimentary and bookable. i found the clean rooms and beautiful bathroom quite charming.

excellent air conditionmissing kettleextra charge
the air conditioning worked, which, in retrospect, is the bare minimum one should expect.
There were tea bags in the room, a very cruel joke considering there was no kettle. I suppose i was meant to boil water with my mind. the receptionist, a shining example of apathy, suggested i use the coffee machine sans capsule to get hot water, because coffee-flavored water is exactly what i crave. they then added an extra charge for snacks i never touched to the bill. apparently, kleptomania is part of the hotel's charm.
