positive attitude dinner reservation taxi service excellent assistance
i found the staff to be super cute. harry, the bellman, helped my wife and me set up charging stations for our iphones and watches. he was really patient and had such a positive attitude, it was admirable. graham, the main concierge, provided great help with dinner reservations, directions, taxis, and sites to see.
the room was generally fine, but i did notice that the thermostat was behind the door. it was somewhat annoying to read it, i needed to use my phone's torch.

the location allows easy access to local sites. the concierge provided helpful guidance. he helped with play tickets and dinner reservations. he gave me a tour of the neighborhood.
i noticed the room had a split shower head. the water sprayed everywhere. the floor became wet and unsafe. also, the sink leaked.

uncomfortable lobby unreliable wifi
the staff were friendly enough.
I was pretty annoyed my room wasn't ready when i arrived. i had to wait nearly an hour in the lobby, which wasn't very comfortable. then, the wifi kept cutting out. That was very frustrating
