Welcome to Jetwing Beach – Negombo

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was very spacious, overlooking the beach, and quite comfortable, although it showed signs of wear in some areas. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, especially the waiter who went above and beyond to assist with a family birthday celebration and even helped with our daughter's cold. The location was lovely, with chocolates and cakes upon arrival. The dining options were plentiful and delicious, and the facilities were well-maintained.

The hotel offers a mix of pros and cons. The rooms are very basic and dated in furniture, but clean and spacious, overlooking the pool and ocean with a small patio area which is a plus. The views over the pool and beach with direct access are great, providing a comfortable stay. However, the service varies from being the friendliest bunch of people one could meet to looking disinterested at times. The location is lovely, right on the beach, but could use better organization to deal with crows and stray dogs. The dining experience is mixed, from quite okay with limited spread to excellent, overlooking the sea. Overall, the facilities provide additional convenience and value for money.

The hotel offers fantastic rooms, overlooking the beach and the sea with well-made, solid wooden furniture and a spacious bathroom, making it a perfect start to our holiday. The service provided was fabulous, with staff going out of their way to ensure a delightful dining experience every mealtime. The location is convenient, being the starting point of our trip around Sri Lanka, close to restaurants and shops. The dining experience was exciting with a good variety of foods. However, the surroundings were unsightly with crows and dogs scavenging through garbage, needing better organization.

The hotel offers lovely and clean rooms with a really comfy bed and all the expected amenities of a 5-star hotel, along with a spacious balcony for a great view of the pool and ocean. The service was very helpful and accommodating, although lacking in hospitality in some areas. The marvelous location provides quick access to the beach and a beautifully maintained garden. The dining experience was tasty, but some dishes were not refilled promptly during the buffet. Overall, a great value for money stay with excellent facilities.
